Accessing the Meeting

Ideally you will be online with a headset or telephone. You can listen and speak through the computer, but it may be best to call the teleconference number provided in the link.

You will be able to see the presentation by computer if you use the online access information with high-speed internet. Test to see if you can receive the connection at work as there may be a blocking feature for security. Work with your organization to remove that link if possible.

June 24, 2014 Meeting Expectations

I am your biggest cheerleader. This is a no judgment support system. You will use the meeting to best suit your needs. You get what you can get done. You are the best judge of what you need to accomplish and by when. These meetings are to support and encourage you.

This is what you can expect:

  • I will provide a short presentation on forming your own Mastermind Group.
  • Each individual and/or team will report an update of what has been accomplished to the larger group.
  • Discussions and coaching about where people are getting stuck.
  • I will summarize what we learn by writing on the chalkboard (screen) as we gather information.
  • We will discuss lessons learned and strategies for breakthrough success
  • Action planning for next steps will dictate the next meeting’s focus.

I hope you can see that this is an opportunity to apply what you have learned. Even if you are not presently working on a project for some reason, attend to learn from the others and avoid losing what you have worked so hard to acquire.

See you soon.
