Diversity Executive Leadership Academy DELA) is division of Diversity Training University International which is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). The academy provides leadership competency training programs for professionals who lead inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility initiatives. DELA emphasizes developing professional skills and competencies needed to lead diverse teams and create inclusive, equity organizational culture.
DELA 100B provides training for individuals who are seeking to become certified diversity professionals. The course is offered online (DELA 100B) and in the classroom (DELA 100A).
