Course Description

Today's professionals need an expanded skill set that includes engaging a diverse workforce, coaching, project management, data collection and analytics, orchestrating organizational change, and persuasive communication skills. Of course, they continue to need training skills. These professionals must navigate political, cultural, and power differences to succeed.
