Course Description

By developing strong project management skills, cultural diversity and inclusion professionals can ensure the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

  • Define the project: Learners will define what constitutes a project, including its characteristics, objectives, AND constraints.
  • DESCRIBE the task LIST: Learners will SELECT a method TO ensure a task LIST IS complete.
  • Evaluate project risk: Learners will identify risk factors AND how TO identify, ANALYZE, AND mitigate risks TO ensure project success.
