Course Description

Managing cultural diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace has become increasingly important in today's globalized and interconnected world. Organizations need management with managing cultural diversity competence to increased creativity and innovation, improved employee morale and productivity, enhanced customer service, and for risk management.
