It involves analyzing the organization's current state, defining its desired future state, and developing a roadmap to get there. Creating a Diversity & Inclusion Plan is a critical initial step in designing, developing and implementing a high impact diversity education initiative that promises to move an organization from where it presently is to a more inclusive. This requires the ability to create a strategic plan.
