Diversity Certification Training Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

• Define the project: Learners will define what constitutes a project, including its characteristics, objectives, AND constraints.
• DESCRIBE the task LIST: Learners will SELECT a method TO ensure a task LIST IS complete.
• Evaluate project risk: Learners will identify risk factors AND how TO identify, ANALYZE, AND mitigate risks TO ensure project success.
• Demonstrate project monitoring skills: Learners will identify AND carry OUT the main activities AND tasks involved IN project planning, scheduling, AND control, ensuring effective project execution AND meeting project objectives.
